Wohnungsbau Ludwigsburg GmbH (WBL) has five apartment buildings built on Caerphillystrasse in Ludwigsburg. Sustainability and profitability were the goals. At the same time, the project created affordable living space based on the “fair living” model developed in-house. The energy-efficient point houses in monolithic brick construction meet the highest ecological, economic and technical standards. For this, they were awarded the 2020 seal of quality for sustainable housing and two other real estate and architecture awards.
