Loacted on the shores of Lake Karapiro the 'Boathouse' was designed to store this clients boats undercover as well as provide spill over for friends and family who come to stay in the upstairs partition of the boatshed. Installing Internorm joinery has increased energy efficiency and thermal stability over the long hot summers provided by the Porotherm Clay Block building envelope.
